STORE POLICY

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from Japan. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase. Orders returned to Japan from International Couriers will incur a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise discussed.

Returns & Exchanges

GillahNation DOES NOT accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

 

Note: GillahNation  is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping. 

 

GillahNation is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact orders@gillahnation.com and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.
